There are several main people involved in this process and these are:

KAREN TSAFRIR - Karen is the event co-ordinator and has had to endure Andrew's sedrate behaviour for the last few years as these few days was slowly prepared. She is British and made Aliyah many years ago. CALLY BEHRMAN - Cally is also British and made Aliyah some years back. She is friendly with Karen and they work together on many other similar events. Should you wish to extend your trip, you should contact Cally who will help organise whatever you wish, although obviously you will need to settle up with her directly in these circumstances.
 
JEREMY SCOTT - Jeremy is a friend of Andrew's and is organising both the out and in bound flights for everyone. Jeremy owns and operates a travel agency/operator in Pinner called BA Way.
